Shipping

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of your order being delivered — please note that return shipping costs are not covered.

If you’d like to return an item, it must be shipped back to our warehouse at your own expense.

Simply contact our customer support team at contact@tyrilon.com, and we’ll provide complete return instructions, including where to send your item and how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item(s) must be sent back within 90 days of delivery.
  2. The item(s) must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”, unless defective.
  3. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused / as-new condition, including tags, shoe boxes, and any included accessories.
  4. A photo of the item(s) must be provided before shipping the return so we can confirm condition.

Please note:

Refunds cannot be issued while an order is still in transit. Once delivery is completed, the return process can begin.

During periods of high demand, fulfillment times may occasionally be extended. If your order is affected, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

How does shipping and delivery work at Tyrilon™?

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We primarily ship with USPS within the United States. For international orders, USPS handles the initial transit, and your package is then delivered by a local courier in your country.

Please note, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations depending on stock availability – this helps us get your full order to you as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Worldwide): Most orders are delivered within 10 days, though we advise allowing up to 14 days depending on your location and local courier services. In some cases, delivery may take up to 18 days (rare).

Express Shipping: Not currently offered, but we’re working on it!

Important Notes:

• Delivery times do not include the initial dispatch window.

• During peak seasons, holidays, or viral moments (we’re looking at you, TikTok 📱), shipping and dispatch times may be slightly longer.

• If your item is listed as pre-order, dispatch will occur around the estimated date mentioned on the product page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All orders placed in Early March are slightly delayed. Please reach out to our customer service team for an extra free pair of Tyrilon™ shoes of your choosing. The extra free pair will be shipped early April.

Need to update your order details?

If you’ve recently placed your order (within the last 90 minutes), there may still be a short window where we can update your delivery address, email, or personal information.

Please contact our customer support team at contact@tyrilon.com as soon as possible and include your order number along with the requested changes.

If more than 90 minutes have passed since placing your order, we’ll still try our best to assist. However, please note that our fulfillment process begins quickly, and modifications may no longer be possible.

Already shipped? Don’t worry!

Once your order has been dispatched, you may still be able to adjust delivery preferences using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

(Orders shipped within the U.S. are handled by USPS, while international deliveries are completed by local courier partners.)

Please note:

If an order is successfully delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout, we may not be able to recover or redirect the shipment. Please make sure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Help! My package hasn’t arrived yet

We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be — let’s work through this together.

Most orders arrive within 14 days, but occasional delays may occur due to high shipping demand, customs clearance, or local courier disruptions. If your tracking status shows “delayed”, it usually means your package is still on the way but taking slightly longer than expected.

If it has been more than 20 days since your order was shipped and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@tyrilon.com. Our support team will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist you until the issue is resolved.

Note:

Courier investigations may require additional time depending on your location, but we’ll do everything possible to resolve the situation as quickly as we can.

Tyrilon

Not at all! Tyrilon™ shoes are designed to deliver the softness of socks together with the protection of traditional shoes — all in one design. This means there’s no need to wear socks underneath. Of course, if you prefer adding a pair, you absolutely can — it’s completely up to you.
