How does shipping and delivery work at Tyrilon™?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 72 hours. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor delivery from our fulfillment center to your address.
We partner with multiple shipping carriers depending on destination and availability. Your confirmation email will indicate the courier handling your shipment.
Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Items can ship from different warehouses based on stock levels, allowing us to deliver your complete order as efficiently as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Worldwide): Most orders are delivered within 15 days, though we advise allowing up to 18 days depending on your location and local courier services.
Please Note: In certain cases, delivery may take up to 20 days due to increased demand, customs processing, or updated international shipping regulations.
Express Shipping: Currently unavailable, though we are actively working toward offering faster delivery options in the future!
Important Notes:
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order processing time.
During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand moments (yes — TikTok included 📱), fulfillment and shipping timelines may occasionally be extended.
Orders placed after December 8th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
If a product is marked as pre-order, shipment will take place around the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page.
