Refund Policy

RETURNS

Each Tyrilon™ product is created specifically after an order is placed. Because items are produced on demand rather than stored as pre-made inventory, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for preference changes or alternative selections.

For this reason, refunds, store credits, or replacements can only be issued if an item arrives damaged or defective prior to delivery to the customer.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you’re expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, please begin by reviewing your bank account once more.

Next, contact your credit card provider, as refunds may require additional time before appearing on your statement. You may also wish to check with your bank, since processing delays can occasionally occur between financial institutions.

If you have completed these steps and your refund is still not visible, please contact us at contact@tyrilon.com and our team will assist you.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We replace products only in cases where items arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item qualifies for replacement, please email us at contact@tyrilon.com so we can guide you through the process.
